Motivational and creative, Ali Chadwick is an inspirational trainer and an empathic coach. Ali does what she does because when people learn, they grow in confidence. And everyone benefits from that.
In sales training and coaching delivery, Ali measures success not just by delegate feedback, but by bottom line results. In management training and coaching, Ali is a qualified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming and a 'GROW' trained coach.
Outside of Vital, Ali is a passionate parent of a fully-grown adult and an enthusiast of life in general. Alongside her business commitments, she volunteers in primary schools for Childline helping children understand how to 'speak out to stay safe.' Ali balances a fondness for chocolate with a varied exercise regime.

When I first worked with Ali Chadwick she was an amazing salesperson. She is clever, funny and creative.
